The following information is usually required during the loan process:

• Complete Loan Application - Click on TAKE ACTION to apply
• Most Current Pay stubs covering one month
• W2s for the past two years
• Tax Returns for the past two years - All schedules included
• Most Current Bank statements covering two months
• Investment account statements covering two months
• Retirement account statements covering two months
• Other items may be requested throughout the process

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Mortgage account information
• Home insurance policy information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
